How much is the medication discount per tier?+

Hair, Skin & Wellness and Renew members receive 10% off every compounded medication. Optimize and Optimize Duo members receive 20% off every medication.

Does my membership include medications and labs?+

Your membership includes your provider's care and all prescriptions. Medications, labs and diagnostic tests are billed separately at member pricing. You can use your insurance for labs, or choose our cash-pay lab options.

Can I use my insurance?+

You can use your health insurance for labs and diagnostic tests. Membership and compounded medications are cash-pay and not billed to insurance.

Do I need to live in Jupiter or Delray Beach?+

No — we serve patients across Florida by telehealth, with in-person care in Jupiter and Delray Beach.

Is there a commitment?+
