What is a concierge wellness membership?+

A direct-care model where you pay a flat monthly fee for ongoing access to your provider and member pricing on compounded therapies — no per-visit charges, no surprise bills.

What is the difference between Renew and Optimize?+

Renew ($100/mo) covers peptide therapy and medically supervised weight loss (GLP-1 / tirzepatide). Optimize ($150/mo) adds full hormone optimization — BHRT, HRT, and TRT for women and men — plus longevity, sexual wellness, and hair and skin programs. If hormones are part of your plan, Optimize is the right tier.

Does my membership include medications and labs?+

Your membership covers your provider relationship, program access, and all injection supplies. Compounded medications are billed separately at member pricing (10% off). Labs and diagnostics are billed separately — you may use your health insurance or our cash-pay lab options.

Can I use my insurance?+

You can use your health insurance for labs and diagnostic tests. Membership fees and compounded medications are cash-pay and are not billed to insurance. This is a direct-care concierge model.

Do I need to live in Jupiter or Delray Beach?+

No — we serve patients across Florida by telehealth. In-person care is available at our Jupiter and Delray Beach studios.

Is there a commitment?+

Memberships have a 3-month minimum. After that, cancel anytime with 30 days notice.

Is my first month really free?+

Yes — every new consultation includes your first month of membership at no additional charge.
